Are you standing on the road with your car?

It was midnight and i had to take my mother to my relative place by my car. It was some family urgency. I started my trip without realizing that this is long trip and my car is due for servicing. In the middle of road, i got breakdown of my car. It was kind of panic situation when my mother needed attention too. Somehow i managed to get out of situation and reached to the destination.

It can happen to anybody.

80% cases of breakdown are minor negligence like battery was not checked, keys remain inside the car while you park somewhere outside and other minor stuff.

Yes, majority of the 24×7 companies never understand above sentences (may be they have hired untrained robots…ha ha 😉 (I am talking about INDIA). They don’t realize the guy who is standing on the road is in panic situation and want to be HEARD! 4.  Invite other drivers to help you : Almost all vehicles have some material like reflective triangles, road flares, and small orange cones, that can be used to alert other drivers to your location.

5. Call for help: The next step on the list is to call 24×7 Roadside Assistance or the police to alert them to your predicament.

6. Stay with your vehicle: If you’ve called for roadside assistance company, you’ll want to be there when the tow truck arrives in case of major breakdown.

7. Keep an eye out for uniformed police officers: All highways and major roads are patrolled regularly. It’s only a matter of time before an official comes to your location to provide assistance.
