One of my friends  claims that speeding is not a crime due to the fact that it does not break the  laws.  In my opinion Speeding in itself, is not a crime, it becomes a crime if the vehicle hits another person or vehicle, especially if a hit and run is involved or a death  then, it becomes a criminal offence .
